At 1 p.m.

November is getting colder, but nearly 1,500 chrysanthemums of 10 kinds are now blooming in the historical Greenhouses of Tsarskoe Selo. A great chance to see them is a special guided tour of the Upper Garden Greenhouse Complex in the Alexander Park, which will be led by the Tsarskoe Selo parks curator on Saturday and Sunday, 27 and 28 November 2021.

Tickets * (in limited quantity, at Rub 1,500 per person) are available only on our official website

The Greenhouses were founded under Empress Elizabeth Petrovna and became worldly renowned on a par with the Windsor Castle greenhouse by the late 19th century. Rarely available for visiting, they are just the place to go before Russian winter and have a good time walking through the warm houses where chrysanthemums bloom, where our laurel trees spend wintertime, and where flower seedlings grow for the Parks of Tsarskoe Selo.

* PLEASE NOTE: Foreign visitors 18+ need to present negative PCR test results conducted no more than 24 hours before visiting (read more about current admission restrictions)
