Tsarskoe Selo: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow is our Museum's photo exhibition in Turkey from 26 November to 10 December 2022.

Part of the Russian Culture Days programme, the exhibition at the Turkish-Russian House of Friendship in Ankara offers 40 photographs showcasing the world-renowned beauty and history of the former imperial residence.

The photographs include bird's-eye views of the Catherine Park; the magnificent exteriors and interiors of the Catherine Palace, such as the Great Hall and the legendary Amber Room; historical pictures of the 1920s-40s capturing a political rally in front of the palace, a lunch for orphaned children at the Cameron Galley, and the ruins of Tsarskoe Selo during World War II.

A special segment of the exhibition shows our cultural events of which the most popular is Project Association, an annual art and fashion fest in the Catherine Park, often called St Petersburg's main summer fashion event.
