On 23 September, Tsarskoe Selo gave a series of seminars and workshops to over eighty workers of fifty museums from the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics and Kherson and Zaporizhzhia Oblasts participating in the Museum Routes of Russia project by Russia's Ministry of Culture.

The guests of Tsarskoe Selo visited the Catherine and Alexander Palaces, the WWI Museum at the Martial Chamber, and The Poet and The Tsar exhibition at the Cameron Gallery.
