Over 108,000 chose to enjoy the palaces and parks of Tsarskoe Selo during the holiday season from 29 December to 8 January, while over 3.7 mln visited our museum in 2024, which is 234,000 more than in 2023.
Like before, our main attractions are: the Catherine Palace and Park, the Alexander Palace and the Martial Chamber (WWI Museum).
Most visitors come from all over Russia. Foreign visitors are mainly individual tourists from China, Iran, Vietnam, Turkey, Thailand and India.
Last year's highlights:
- The opening of the reconstructed Private Rooms of Catherine II in the Zubov Wing of the Catherine Palace. Supported by PJSC Gazprom, our large-scale project The Private Space of Catherine II is still ongoing, with more to be accomplished in the coming years.

The Poet & The Tsar exhibition, our joint project with the National Pushkin Museum dedicated to the 225th birth anniversary of poet Alexander Pushkin was visited by over 135,000, including Russia's president Vladimir Putin.

A generous donation of rare artefacts of the eighteenth and early twentieth centuries from Mikhail Karisalov, a Russian art collector and longtime friend of Tsarskoe Selo.

Martial Chamber: 10 Years of WWI Stories (theatre, art, cinema), our project commemorating the 10th anniversary of the revived Martial Chamber and the 110th anniversary of the First World War included an aviation history exhibition, a military history festival, an audio promenade show, themed lectures and movies, and modern art installations.
