Catherine Palace

Palace Chapel and Grand Duke Paul's Rooms
A.k.a. Catherine Palace Tour 3, including the Palace Chapel of the Resurrection and the private apartments of the future Emperor Paul I and his spouse Maria Fiodorovna.

Alexander Palace
Private Rooms of Emperor Nicholas II and Empress Alexandra Fiodorovna, with Art Nouveau interiors and lots of artefacts from the time of Russia's last imperial family. One of the cellar rooms now offers the VR project Imperial Train Journey, a virtual reality (VR) experience inside the railroad cars used by Russian tsars.

Martial Chamber (WWI Museum)
Russia's only museum devoted to the First World War, showcasing arms, uniforms (including those worn by Russia's last imperial family members), awards, photographs and other WWI artefacts like an authentic Ford T automobile of ca. 1908-14, an exact replica of French Nieuport 17 fighter, and superbly crafted replicas of clothing, footwear and ammunition of British and Scottish infantry regiments generously provided by Sir Peter Jackson, the famous New Zealand director of the movie trilogies The Hobbit and The Lord Of The Rings.

Arsenal pavilion
Over 400 artefacts from our arms and armour collection of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Court Carriage Exhibition
Russian and Western European carriages of the 18th and 19th centuries showcased in the Duty Stable pavilion. Highlights include coronation carriages of Russian tsars.

Ice Rink near Catherine Palace
Outdoor winter ice rink with amenities at the Triangle Square near the Catherine Palace's Zubov Wing, not large but one of the most beautiful rinks in St Petersburg.
